Background
Following SC&CO's relaunch of Alexander Millett International's brand and digital presence, the agency was approached by SIX & SIX PRIVATE ISLANDS to build a dedicated platform for its Maldives portfolio — Alexander Millett's first property opportunity in the region.
SIX & SIX PRIVATE ISLANDS is a new residential concept reimagining island ownership in the Maldives, launching with the Rah Gili and Don Maaga developments. The partnership named Alexander Millett as exclusive sales partner for the collection, presented to international buyers as a rare and limited opportunity.
APPROACH
We built a dedicated Maldives page within the existing Alexander Millett platform, extending the same restrained, editorial-led design language to a new geography and a new partner. The page positions the SIX & SIX collection within Alexander Millett's wider international portfolio, presenting each island as a distinct, considered opportunity rather than a generic resort listing.
Content and structure were developed to carry the same discretion and quality of narrative already established for Alexander Millett's other markets, giving prospective buyers a single, considered point of entry to enquire on availability.
Return On Investment
The Maldives partnership came directly from the credibility built through Alexander Millett's earlier relaunch, evidencing the commercial return of a considered brand and digital presence. It marked Alexander Millett's first property opportunity in the Maldives, extending its international footprint beyond Barbados, the South of France, the Middle East and New York, and has since generated interest from other hospitality and development brands considering a similar route to market.
