We believe that if we can achieve at the very least what has been set out here, we can build a Community that creatives want to be a part of and can thrive.

Whilst some of these initiatives can be recognised and applied quickly, such as creating interviews, we understand that significant investment is required to be able to deliver a lot of what has been set out. Our aim is to grow this community organically and re-invest any revenue that is realised as part of our Collective delivering opportunities via SC&CO to fund longer term ideas.

We also recognise that the operating model we are looking to implement has freelancers or contractors at the centre of it, we are aware there will be various external challenges that a typical PAYE organisations may not face, however believe the benefits outstrip this.

We want to stress, that whilst the initiatives set out form a basis for us to work towards in the short to long term, we will look to continuously review, re-implement, and adjust based on the feedback of our Collective.
