How are we going to achieve our vision? We believe that by developing an environment for creatives where they can feel valued and thrive will only lead to the introduction of new connections and in turn new collaboration opportunities.
This organic growth will allow us to facilitate the development of SC&CO and continually invest into our creative-side value offerings as well as initiatives that look beyond profit. We believe through this approach we’ll become an organisation that not only supports its collective commercially but provides a whole host of value streams which normal agencies do not.
If we get this right, we will create a community that not only want to deliver through SC&CO, but want to share SC&CO. eventually attracting the very best talent to be considered. Constant nurturing of this process and our collective will only lead to the referral of new members and subsequently lead us to the organisations we want to deliver to.
