For Creatives - We want to build an organisation that has a higher purpose than just generating profit. Our aim is to provide a space where the chains are removed, and our collective can grow together through their passion for design. We believe people need connection, a means to express themselves and somewhere they can feel part of something bigger, we also believe that design can be the platform to facilitate that.
Initially our focus will be to drive the development of a digital space, however our ultimate vision is to provide both an online and eventually, a physical presence.
Deliver progressive design to leading organisations through valued expertise
Every night before I go to sleep, I lay in bed and imagine what I want this business to become. I manifest arriving at our studio space, the physical presence for our collective. Creatives and clients of different ages, genders, disciplines and stages in their career inhabit the desks. Despite their differences, they share a common interest, design, a common outlook, common values, and common behaviours.
Our studio provides the infrastructure for creativity to thrive, editing suites for videographers, studios with perfectly lit rooms and white walls for photographers, a recording room for podcasting, whiteboards and breakout areas, banks of desks lined with iMacs and of course great coffee.
Inspiration and motivation are everywhere, I can hear it through discussions, conversations, music, the snap of camera lenses and the tapping of keyboards. I can see it in the books that line the walls, the photoshop windows on peoples monitors or the scribbles of ideas on whiteboards and notebooks.
